Used it in Brussels and Rotterdam to buy a bus ticked. Worked for me smoothly no hiccups. Ticket comes in email and as attachment. I download the scancode image to device-s I have so can access it offline. Driver scans it with phone thing from image on my phone screen. Printing ticket be better if convenient but bought at night used in the morning and no convenient printer. If app forced saving ticket to device... That could be an improvement and store temporary link from app. Maybe it does and I didn't notice since that is obvious.
After selecting my journey and entering all information Including Credit Card details, I received an error message. Repeated the process 3 times very carefully ensuring everything was correct but always got an error message at the end. Surely hope my credit card wasnt charged 3 times for nothing
Then App is great. The service provide is simply excellent, in competition with airlines and trains. My only concern is to organise the queues in a better way, with 1) immediate boarding for people without luggage and 2) people with luggages. Then a straight line queues is better. The second suggestion is to suggest to keep the voice low and changing the sound on the smartphones in order to respect the other passengers. Thanks.
