It's a good app but I would like to see photos of what I'm ordering. It does kinda get me to try some new restaurants. It's not cheap , with the taxes, delivery fee and tipping the driver. A 10$ coupon basically just paid fo those last three things. So I still had to buy 20$ worth of food.
Horrible customer service if it can even be called customer service. Food never arrived tried for more than an hour in the so called "live" chat to resolve it. All it did was ask you to wait patiently and then kick you off the server for inactivity. It is a joke. Only received my food after a customer that was handed the wrong order called me, and i had to walk four blocks in the rain to pick up my food which by that time was cold. It defeats the purpose of having food delivered if it forced the customer to walk in the rain to pick up the food
They occasionally mess up orders, but will refund you if that's the case. Decent customer service. If the list of ingredients is too long there isn't space for all of it. Annoying to not see everything that is in the dish. All in all an okay experience
Probably the most frustrating app experience, absolutely inferior to UberEATS (I only downloaded because I got a $10 voucher... WHICH, by the way, was only effective if I spent $20!) If I click on an item, I should be able to customize it, not click to add and click customize to customize (there was nothing that told me to click to add), and then exiting took me to the *laggy* homescreen and I had to find my way back to the restaurant... I ordered my food and now I'm uninstalling. Too much stress
Very frustrating UX, logging in using your Facebook account is buggy, vouchers don't work. Looks nice enough but this doesn't matter when the app is not usable. Will be going back to Menulog or Ubereats in the future.
Some months ago I tried using this service and realised that their app was garbage, I couldn't even get past the main menu. After some time I came back to it and I'm pleased to say it's come a long way. Now I prefer it over its main competitors because I find the menus easier to read and the prices much fairer. Delivery fees aren't crazy and most restaurants have very low minimum orders (if they have any at all). There are undoubtedly a few things that could be improved but I'm willing to rate it 5 stars because of how it has developed and of the trust I bestow upon them. I hope I won't be disappointed and Foodora only changes for the better. It's worth mentioning that I live in Turin, Italy, so my opinions are based on a quite small geographical sample.
With the new pick-up feature, our service steps up to the plate once again, handing you the ability to collect your favourite foods directly from your local restaurants. Of course our riders are always ready to bring food right to your door, but the addition of pick-up lets us connect you with even more good food.
