Took almost 30min to set up account. Then would accept cuppon i got in mail. Then the order was late. Food is good though. Just use a different app than this
The app keeps picking up the wrong address. Contacted customer service through chat way before the driver was even on his way to correct it. Ended up having to sit idly by and see the poor guy go into completely the wrong direction. In the end he called me and drove all the way back to the right address. Meanwhile the chat kept telling me my food was about 3-5 minutes away. Will never use Foodora again.
Doesn't let you order
App used to be good now I constantly have tracking issues and FB login does not work on my Google pixel 2 XL
Code worked finally. But app was quite buggy. Didn't let me use my card, kept saying unable to process your order after altering a bunch of options. Ended up having to pay with paypal
Excellent And easy to use
I got the wrong food. The customer service is reachable only by chat. The refund takes 6 days. In other words, if your order is wrong, you send it back, and are obliged to borrow them some money, like it or not. Next time I will order a pizza and ask to pay after 6 days.
