How does it work?
Step 1: Choose a suitable online therapy at www.frieda.health.
Step 2: Ask your doctor (general practitioner or gynecologist) or psychotherapist for a prescription for the therapy.
Step 3: Submit your prescription to your health insurance provider and receive an activation code.
Step 4: Download the Frieda app and enter your activation code.
