After each training session, you can rate individual parts of an exercise as "excellent", "good", "repeat" or "no rating". Thanks to your regular ratings, you'll better recognize where your strengths and weaknesses lie and what your training needs are.

At any time you can record whether an exercise has been successfully completed, remains in active training, or is being held back due to its level of difficulty.

For each exercise you can note down important things such as difficulties encountered or questions — as a reminder for yourself or as a memo for a question to your trainer.
