The arribaEdu app was developed for use in training and further education in general medicine. Students in particular can use arribaEdu on their own mobile devices at any time.
»Arriba« pursues the goal of shared decision making (SDM). In this way, »arriba« supports doctors in individually weighing up questions with their patients. The possible options are visualized on the basis of scientific, empirically proven data (evidence-based medicine) in a patient-centered manner.
The app is a simulator so that interested parties, especially students and ÄiW, can practice the principles of SDM on their own mobile devices.
The app is ideal for self-study, for use in seminars, with simulation patients and also in exam situations.
The app has the essential arriba functions and has been enhanced with additional educational content (e.g. individual case vignettes, info texts). The app is not intended for direct patient advice.
