Lack of exercises There's a lack of variation when it comes to the exercises. In my gym there's several back machines that I use and none of them feature in the list online.
Really good app to keep track of workouts, however I find a few updates and features are required before it can be called "mature". If you are looking for a tracker to count reps, don't let the following put you off as I think these can be rectified by software updates. 1. Ability to add Super-sets 2. Search functions resets if you look at a found result. 3. Needs the ability to choose where you are wearing the sensors for example, having 2 sensors, I don't want to change limb after every set and would like to wear one sensor on each arm or leg. This is by far the most limiting thing I have experienced using the app. 4. Gymwatch talks about ability to recognize the exercise you are performing however I have not found any such feature as of yet. 5. Ability to edit a workout before finishing. I have an unfinished workout complaining about a value being 0. This is so annoying. I can't edit the value neither can I remove that set. 6. This app must sync data with google fit to keep track of spent calories etc. I will update my review once these features are implemented.
I have used this app for two weeks now. once I figures correct starting points and sensor placement the rep counting was right on time. The latest update made the workout results easy to understand using training data under Workout History selection. Great app !
Doesn't do anything good Doesn't count the reps correctly. It measures the velocity but in degrees\second instead of m\s and furthermore, the values with the same weight vary a lot. Worst buy of my life. I bought a Beast Sensor and never look back.
Great Device This is very sophisticated almost unique gadget really good value. With good support.
It has the *potenial* to be better My gripe is that the sensors are not very well calibrated for movements like the squat. No matter where I placed it around my quad, it'll say I was only doing partial reps or none at all but I would be going fully low like an Olympic lifter. Another thing I was looking forward to and immediately was disappointed that it won't just draw out workout history seamlessly online to your phone and also it doesn't tell me what I should try to attempt for new weights. I was expecting an auto regulating algorithm.
