Horrific! When trying to do something it kept redirecting me to a browser to login but first the site could not be loaded and since I never logged in it kept redirecting me whenever I clicked back into the app. Once I changed the default browser I could log in but the app simply ignored it. probably because it was expecting my old email and not the new one the account had. Please implement a login for the app, so you don't have to rely on the browser login process to work on your customers end!

I keep getting logged out and when I want to log in, I get forwarded to a website and then it tells me an error occured. I even reset my password and uninstalled - reinstalled the app. Everything works fine on my desktop computer, so the app is the problem. How am I supposed to use this when I'm on my journey and I can't get hold of my tickets or Bahncard when I didn't expect this to happen? Please fix this asap. *default browser can't be Opera (change to Chrome fixed it)

It's impossible to get anything done with the app. I keep getting logged out or errors without any explanation. It takes at least 30 minutes to wrestle with the app to get me a ticket. And there's a bunch of tickets that you cannot buy from the website, as they are app-exclusive. I guess when you have a quasi-monopoly, you can just get away with a horrible app and horrible service. Edit: 5 years later, still no good. Just a hassle that doesn't work.
