Excellent features, such as saving frequented addresses, and stations. easy to find. However it's incredibly annoying to find a route, put your phone in your pocket, 5 minutes later try to double check it, but instead of showing the original route it goes back and does a refresh. Not so efficient to scroll back in time 10-30 minutes to find your original trip again. If this is fixed it's honestly 5 stars.

How is it not possible to see which zones I'm going through when choosing a route plan??? If it's possible, it's unnecessarily hidden, because i can't find it. I pay for a monthly ticket, and all I'm interested in is if I need to pay for extra zones or not. Otherwise the app works fine, but for years this was the most needed feature for me. Google maps can do route planning too, the whole point here would be to provide something extra.

In some aspects it's pretty well made, but unfortunately it's too unreliable and lacking. For instance no matter how specific you get (say only showing two bus lines) it still doesn't show them as connecting 90% of the time, even though there are connecting trips. So you end up having to first search for the first bus, and then search for the second bus, and then trying to remember which bus arrives early enough to catch the second one. Also the location function only works once.
