Crappy service , buying online almost never works
Booked my first ticket! It asks for your date of birth - then shows today's date and you then have to scroll back month by month till you reach your month and year of birth. That would take an age. Really poor app design on this part sorry. Otherwise it is great, although you might consider better highlighting the need for train changes.
Works very well but for one passenger only Love it! Just did not find how to have more than one passenger on my ticket. Also, the schedule chanes are usually timely announced. One question though: what is the work around if the phone breaks down or battery is empty?
I had to scroll back all the way to the 70s to put in my birth date. You can't just write it in as there's a drop down menu. This took ages. Then the app crashed. I missed my train. Someone asked the developer to fix this more than a week ago and they haven't. They also mucked him about asking for screenshots. Useless.
Last update problematic Since the last update i can't look up routes anymore... The screen just keeps loading without anything happening, Internet works fine. Disruptions info does work, but not much else sadly. Before the last update, subscriptions for my route didn't work: got notifications for a delay about 30 min after i already switched to the next train. And alerts for getting on or off a train, tried them, never got an alert at all even though activated
Great app but buying doesn't work Since more than a month i get the error message when i try to buy a ticket that there is a problem with the connection to the sncb server. It used to be such great app, why can't this be solved?!
