Nice simple app, focused on the task. I like the colorful design. Wide selection of payment methods, but advance payment via bank transfer is missing.

What a piece of garbage. I can't register an already purchased ticket, just to buy a new one. The birth date selection section is a mess. You can only swap back month at a time, not yearwise. Are you too cheap to pay propper programmes?

Hello Daria, with the Deutschlandticket app you can easily buy your Deutschlandticket, manage it conveniently and always have it with you. It is not possible to add a Deutschlandticket that you have purchased via another ticket platform or provider. With the latest update, it has also been made easier to enter or update the date of birth.

I can only see my ticket in "Meine Tickets" when I'm connected to the internet. When offline, the ticket is not displayed, all I got is the msg "Das Deutschlandticket mit Barcode steht dir hier ab Verkaufsstart zur Verfügung." Does anyone know how to fix this? FAQ states that I can see my ticket even when I'm offline. Btw, is there a way to print out the ticket? Will a printed ticket be valid? P.S. Updated the app, now ticket is visible offline. Only without pics (running bus & train logo).

Hallo, wenn du das Update der App durchführst, wird das Ticket auch offline angezeigt. Eine Möglichkeit das Ticket auszudrucken ist nicht vorgesehen.
What's new
In the new version, we have optimized the "My Tickets" area. You can now see much faster if you have ordered a ticket or if you are not logged in to the app. In the "My Account" area, you can now see all relevant information much quicker. A bug has also been fixed that prevented some users from correctly entering the PayPal payment method in the app. Just try it again after the update!
