About this app
As a teacher, you use a Moodle-based learning management system to provide your students with learning materials such as explanatory videos, digital exercises and more in a safe and privacy-compliant manner. However, these materials are difficult to access for children who are unable to type in their credentials themselves.
Instead of doing this for the children in the classroom, use Porta LMS!
What does this app do?

In Porta LMS, you generate a registration card that contains the access data and the destination address in your LMS encrypted in a QR code. You can target the learning platform home page, an individual course, or even an activity here. Print out the registration cards generated as graphics and give them to the child.
The child can read the registration card with Porta LMS. It's very easy, because the app starts directly in scan mode! After recognizing the card, you will log in immediately with the stored access data.
How does the child get a registration card?

In the above-mentioned situation, you as a teacher or parent usually know the child's access data. You can create as many login cards as you want in the 'Settings' area, save them as graphics and print them out.
What data does the app save?
============================
The login data are saved in the login card and not in Porta LMS. The app does not initially save any login data and basically no learning history. You can optionally save your access data in the app so that you can log in quickly. This is only recommended if the device is not used by several children. In this case, Porta LMS saves the data locally on your device. This happens with a secure SHA-256 encryption. Of course, this data is only stored on your device and is not transferred anywhere. The app also dispenses with the transmission of user statistics and other user data. So the developer does not collect any data at all.
Which LMS is Porta LMS compatible with?

Porta LMS should be compatible with most Moodle-based systems. However, since some moodle themes differ considerably, it is possible that individual pages are not compatible. In this case please contact me, I am sure I can integrate your moodle platform!
Porta LMS also supports IServ, password-protected padlets and Itslearning!
