KirPort for members of the parish *:
With KirPort you can easily manage your parish digitally.
The following functions are included in KirPort:
- Calendar for churches, buildings and devices with the possibility of grouping e.g. for different locations
- Liturgy plan: Personnel planning for church services (clergy, organists, sextons etc.)
- Building and room management: Reserve buildings / rooms for employees, external persons or groups
- Device management: reserve devices such as projectors, laptops, cars, etc. for employees, external people or groups
- Own calendars for employees
- Management of the app content
- Send push notifications to app users
- Integration in the homepage: registration for church services or events (e.g. children's and youth camps, pilgrimages, etc.), room reservations, appointments, etc.
