The HVQR scanner makes every owners meeting more efficient.
In conjunction with our property management software HV2000, the time required for attendance registration can be minimized.
An individual QR code will be sent to each participant together with their letter of invitation.
The participant must bring this signed QR code to the owners’ meeting and hand it in.
As the property manager, you only have to scan the QR code with the HVQR scanner upon entry. The app then creates a list of all owners present and calculates the voting shares.
Powers of attorney submitted beforehand can also be taken into account.
For archiving, it is possible to export the participant list as a CSV file and send it encrypted as an email.
