You get what you pay for... Setup is a bit tricky, and for some reason, I have to run through a few of the setup steps every time I launch Pro Tools and fire up this app.. Also, I see little LED VU meters next to each slider, but for some reason in ProTools 12, this feature does not work. Not terribly helpful when trying to mix when you step away from the console and computer screen to get a better perspective. Guess I will need to keep looking...
Solid with Win10/Cubase8 Setup should be made a bit clearer (installing bonjour, rtpMIDI, etc)...even as an experienced IT and audio person, I found it a bit clunky... but the app itself works very well with nearly zero latency in both directions. Running tablet mode on a Galaxy Note with the stylus is fantastic! Wish I could have the transport screen from phone mode available while in tablet mode, but very satisfied.
Need of more faders My top request is at least 18 faders for tablets. Touch osc is already provides that feature.
Not able to set it up with ableton Can someone please help?
Control surface works with some tweaking. Midi controller does not. Please provide support for qmidinet.
It works, but a pain to set up... Absurdly difficult to set up, I used someone else's YouTube video and finally had success. The interface is clunky and poorly labeled, but IT WORKS. It is worth the hassle.
Support for the Android 6 MIDI Api (Usb host and peripheral mode & Virtual. BLE support is pending).
Related: The "launch app when interface is connected" functionality has been disabled. On OS versions < 6 make sure Usb boxes are connected on launch.
Tablet interface supports customization of button titles and creation of user-defined DAW profiles.
Enables mDNS and multicast MIDI on Hotspot and tethered Usb networks.
