Then please do not participate in the research project migraine radar. We provide the participants a free, individual Migraine and Headache Diary in the form of this app and the web platform under https://melden.migraene-radar.de available. You can view your seizures both in the app and on the web, edit, or also report new attacks. The web platform offers additionally enhanced functionality, such as downloading their own attacks in PDF and CSV format. So you can easily print your diary to make it as submit their prescribing physician. You can always access current and individual evaluations of your reported seizures.
How do you support your participation, the research project?
The aim of the project is the systematic study of factors which can trigger seizure-like headaches such as migraine or tension headaches. Here is built on the cooperation of many patients who after registration via a web application or via smartphone apps to report their attacks.
Previous studies were often very regionally oriented, for example, by analyzing patient data a pain clinic, and there was often only a very small number of attack messages. Therefore, we want a large number of attack messages about regional - in the project all stakeholders can participate from Germany, Austria and Switzerland - collect, this will allow a variety of evaluations.
