During monitoring at home, the app reminds parents at set times via push notification to check their child's health using 6 age-adapted yes/no questions.
After 72 hours, a final query will be sent via the app to check for re-presentations (planned and unplanned) outside of the interval
to be recorded in the emergency room. Since (unplanned) re-presentations are a critical outcome parameter, they occur within 5-7 days
Presentation in the emergency room a telephone query of this outcome if the query in the app was not answered.
