As a BKK24 insured person, take advantage of the advantages of our online office: For example, you can change your address or bank details from the comfort of your own home and of course also simply photograph and upload applications and invoices - regardless of opening times, easily and securely.
If you don't yet have health insurance with us, then use the app to find out about our extensive services and numerous extras.

The protection of your health data is our top priority as a statutory health insurance company. To ensure that only you or people authorized by you have access to the online office, you must provide secure identification once.
This is how it works:
- During the registration process, the insurance number, a unique email address and a mobile phone number are collected for the user account.
- An initial password for final registration will be sent to the address stored at BKK24.
- All later relevant data changes also require two-factor authentication.
BKK24 will continually expand its online office.

- Android 5.1 or higher
- No device with a modified operating system

Was für ein Reinfall. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit angemeldet zu bleiben bzw. sich biometrisch anzumelden. Jedes Mal wenn ich die App benutzen möchte muss ich meine Versichertennummer rauskramen um mich anzumelden. Die Chatfunkion ist auch nur Augenwischerei und hilft nicht wirklich bei Problemen. Wenn ich eine Nachricht lesen möchte, finde ich keinen Link dafür. Der einzige Link der mir angezeigt wird führt mich zu einer Website (!), die dann nichtmal richtig lädt. Völliger Murks. Unnutzbar.

Die teils vorhandenen technischen Probleme mit dem Öffnen von Anhängen befinden sich bereits in der finalen Behebungsphase.
