Perfect for my needs I love simplicity, and so far this is the only RSS widget that meets my picky taste. It looks great, works well enough, and manages my feeds (including feedly imports) beautifully. The only thing that bugs me is the side scroll bar. If there was a way to to set the alpha on that then I would be extremely happy. I'm sure this wouldn't be too hard of an addition, seeing as how you can do that with the settings/update buttons. Let me know how likely that would be. Thanks!
A fine and Simple app with major issues. Many a times it simply displays "no data available" on 3G, when on adding the another same widget with same feeds, the data is available. Also many a time, the headline is wrong in correspondence to the news it refers. Apart this, there is no option to access the hyperlinks, or copy the link. Fix these issues, n I will give a 5 rating. ALSO, INCLUDE 'TTS' FEATURE! And yes, it used a HELL lot of background data... More than a GB in less than a month!! I mean seriously... WTF!!???
Doesn't work It shows up in my list of available widgets, but when I drag it to put it on my home screen, I get the configuration screen but it never posts the widget to my home screen. A widget that won't go on my home screen is useless... It's sad, because it looks nice in the screenshots and sounds like it does exactly what I want. On Kit Kat, HTC One M8.
This app makes me update-phobic I use this app only because it appears that every other developer out there hasn't seemed to figure it how to create a feed widget that matches this widget's level of customization and simplicity. That being said, since downloading the app I've encountered my second major issue , I can't put my saved widgets back on my home screen. The feeds I saved are still there. While I do like this app, if a similar one came along, I'd probably replace this. I'm always afraid to update.
Nice Please add optional and configurable sound for when an update yields new posts. Also consider adding a donate option either ad a separate app or in app purchase (even without added features, just so it's easy to donate).
The app is simple and good for beautifying themes with neat lookong news feed. The only concern is that it uses huge mobile data. Maybe i need to disable images but still for showong micro thumbnail images it has consumed over 180mb of data this month
