depending on the device, the app may need to be open to work on the door sensors which is a little inconvenient, but not the end of the world. overall a good app! Bumping up to 5 stars for the prompt and unexpected customer service! Unfortunately my org doesn't have our sensors set up for hand wave, but that's a super cool feature!

Hi Justin, thank you for your comment. This may occur due to power saving settings on some devices. Navigate to your Profile Settings (top right of app) -> Hand Wave Unlock for our walkthrough on this issue. The Kisi Reader will also need to have 2FA disabled, see: docs.kisi.io/how_to_guides/access/credentials/enable_mobile_credentials

Worked reliably. My kid's daycare used this to get in the main door, and it always worked well as long as I had Bluetooth & WiFi turned on. I would just hold my phone up to the pad with the app open and voila, the pad switched from blue to green.

Lots of issues with the doors. Opens without the app, don't open even with the app, etc. Basically a coin toss as to how it will work each time.
