You will also receive 3 messages to update you on the status of your order: one to confirm your order, one to tell you the restaurant is preparing your food, and one when your food is on the way.

Ratings and reviews

I've had few issues, mainly when an order shows that it will be delived within 45 min, and after few minutes (30 min) later its turns into 1 hours then 2 hours. It is silly that there won't be any option to cancel, you simply have to pay and wait. There is an option to write message to support, who in my case didn't reply at all. Fortunately there are many other apps which has better / more responsive support at least, example of good experience with support was with Wolt.

Hi team, i know all the apps are now integrated under one application lieferando. but its not nice. your UI was good and pricing was much better for order delivery. this new app is like robbery. may shows it has delivery charge which was free with yours. and minimum order turned from 20€ to 30€. thats way high. not really liking it. if possible try to do something. thank you.

Its a solid app and is great for quickly getting something to eat. The interface is a bit confusung, however and navagating through the menus comes off a bit as a chore. All in all, definitly a good choice for the student who wants something for dinner.
