With the app, the fleet manager is able to access a simple overview of all driving instructions and their processing status. New assignment
In just a few steps the fleet manager can issue a new driving instruction from the road.
They enter where the goods are to be collected and dropped off, and specify when transportation must take place: immediately, in 30 minutes or in an hour. Each instruction is also given a level of priority as sometimes they might be very urgent. Any additional information for the driver can be attached, such as comments, a photo or another document, e.g. the order. Allocating instructions
Once the fleet manager has created a new driving instruction, the driver receives a notification to their smartphone with information about the instruction. The driver has the choice of whether to accept or decline the instruction.Completed driving instructions
Once the instruction has been completed, the driver confirms it. The fleet manager then immediately receives a notification to their smartphone informing them that the instruction has been carried out.
