Clunky and slow Navigation is basic...you have to navigate all the way through to an individual TV series episode to read anything about the show. App does not seem to cache pages, so navigation is slow, even when you're navigating to something a 2nd time
New update permissions are excessive I have no idea how an app which will only be used in flight can justify needing so many permissions, in particular phone logs and browsing data. I can only assume that Virgin is mining for data on its passengers? Please explain or better yet remove these excessive permissions.
Virgin uses this to mine data Like the greedy money grabbing mob they are Virgin uses this as an opportunity to mine your data and sell it. Clearly they dont believe that charging you for absolutely everything is enough. Rapacious mob.

There is absolutely no need for the excessive permissions. App, call, text and browser history for an in flight entertainment app? More like to data mine. You already charge enough for your tickets, no need to sell our personal data too
Laggy It lags and crashes my phone and tablet it also drains battery very fast, Qantas's app is much better
