Ratings and reviews

The app gets worse with every update: 3 days coupons expiring in 1 day, bugs, some days I was placing an order and by the time I was at the franchise the app would crash and had the restart the whole order again. Latest annoying bug: they removed the cash paying method ( the reason why I will be spending my points and delete the app ). I don't feel safe binding my bank account with apps on the Internet. Also, no app should force their users to use their locations in order to be used.

Doesn't work as should most of the time. Always these masseges, that I don't have Internet. But I do. Getting logged out all the time. With all the bugs it takes sometimes over 15 minutes just to order, because this app is not working and throwing errors all the time. Really mcdonald's? Can't you afford a couple of good programmers, who can build a proper working app?

The app has a lot of limits around physical proximity, making shopping around different restaurants for limited availability items or delivery options difficult. Further, the code scan at the store terminal very rarely works. just, poorly designed. At the very least you should be able to select a restaurant without having to turn off the battery-killing GPS.
