Difficult to use, and does not connect to scales with my phone... So it's not only a bad app but it makes the scales impossible to use. On top of that their manual blames my android version.
The application is unbelievable. It is slow. I can't connect the scale. I can't escape from the app once I am in it..
After 5 years still no Google Fit support and no multi-device support, what a shame. I bought a second Medisana scale and you cannot connect with more than one scale efficiently, using bluetooth. So the second scale is dead-weight... The new app is dead slow, 62MB in size and more an advertisement to buy other Medisana gear instead of giving a superb user experience. Hence the majority of owners is unhappy with the device and app. A long, long way to go, DON'T BUY !
Horrible. Impossible to use, slow to open, fails to connect and read data from the scale...
I cannot understand why this app forces me to activate GPS; also, most frustrating: all the personal notes I store with a measurement seem to dissapear after some time from the app; I am not necesarilly interested in storing my data in Medisana's cloud but I am very interested to have my personal notes available when explaining the context of a certain measurement to my physician; so, I can understand that your cloud has no room for my personal notes ( although you did provide space for them in the app) but why can't they be stored locally ( in my phone/pc) at least?!?
Cluttered, asks for data it shouldnt (gps for weight?!), no option to share data with other health apps. Buying different brand next time
