Your perfect companion: The Miele app gives you mobile control of your Miele domestic appliances and lets you keep track of everything – whether you are traveling or at home.

Want to keep the effort of maintaining up-to-date networked domestic appliances to a minimum? No problem, thanks to our RemoteUpdate function. Software updates appear automatically when they are available and can be installed if desired.

Consumption Dashboard – transparent usage and consumption data

The Consumption Dashboard shows your consumption values after every program cycle, provides tips on how to use your dishwasher and washing machine more sustainably, and gives you an individual monthly report. Can you achieve perfect cleaning results without being a laundry expert? No problem with the Miele app! The washing assistant in the Miele app will give you advice and help you find the perfect program for your laundry. You can start the recommended program straight from the Miele app.

CookAssist – the secret to perfect roasting results
Miele CookAssist not only helps you to cook the perfect steak, it is also available for a wide range of other dishes. Thanks to the step-by-step instructions in the Miele app, temperatures and cooking durations are automatically transferred to the TempControl cooktop. All you need to do is confirm the settings.

The demonstration mode in the Miele app provides a first impression of the range of possibilities for this app even if you do not yet have any network-enabled Miele domestic appliances.

Ratings and reviews

This app is pretty useless. Firstly it's almost impossible to connect to the appliance. Then it was so clunky to use. Now it's lost networking connection and to reconnect it asks for a serial number which is inaccessible or a QR code -who knows where that is? My Miele appliances alas remain isolated from the www thanks to appalling software design. I don't expect that many use it as the connection instructions don't actually work and I recall a wasted few hrs first time around.

using the app to control an oven. The app has some good features. easy to switch on the oven remotely & choose an oven mode. However it's let down with strange interfaces. when selecting an oven mode, eg Conventional cooking, you press the 'Done' button. But it's not Done, it should be 'Next', as you go to the next screen to choose the temp, options etc before starting that selection. But you can't even start the oven heating because you have to go to the oven and press Ok on the display.

The Miele app works but is functionally almost useless. To start a load you still have to press start on the machine, so might as well just use the control panel to select the program (which is simpler than using the app). The app doesn't allow any useful like combining programs (e.g. immediately follow express 20 wash cycle with spin at cycle at 1400). The machine has to have app mode selected on its dial and that only stays active for 15 mins. I would like to able to set start time too.
