You can quickly and easily book appointments for online video consultations with therapists or doctors using the app. During the online video consultation, you will receive a diagnostic assessment and a personalized treatment recommendation.

MINDU PROFESSIONALS

All mindu practitioners have extensive training and many years of practical experience. The most important requirement is a German license to practice medicine or as a psychological psychotherapist. Through regular training, we ensure that all practitioners are familiar with telemedicine.

COST COVERAGE

Mindu is free for those with statutory insurance – the health insurance company covers the costs of the appointment. Your practitioner documents the consultation and the services provided in the practice's own system and bills the health insurance companies.

Privately insured and self-paying patients will receive an invoice based on the German Medical Fee Schedule (GOÄ) following the online video consultation. This invoice can be submitted to their health insurance company for reimbursement as usual. We recommend that privately insured patients clarify cost coverage in advance with their own health insurance company and, optionally, with the relevant benefits office.
