The MINI App is only supported by vehicles that were built after March 2018 and have the MINI Connected Services optional equipment in combination with a compatible smartphone. The Remote Services optional equipment is required for an optimum app experience. The availability of app functions may vary from country to country.

Ratings and reviews

I am experiencing issues installing it on my new Samsung Fold, and when I tried on the Samsung S23, the same problem occurred. However, it works fine on my iPad, but it's not practical to bring an iPad while driving. This needs your immediate attention, as this is not a cheap car at all. This brand new car with applications problem without any support or reply

Not a fan of this app. It feels technically well executed and functions well but the design is way more complicated than necessary. I want to do about three or four things with a car companion app but there are dozens of buttons and screens to go through to access these features. I get lost repeatedly despite decades of tech experience.

Not the quickest at responding. But love the location finder. Also range and liters don't update.
