Can someone get back to me please no-one is responding to my emails and I want my subscription back, over two weeks and nothing sorted, What's happening, still not got my subscription back over a week now, latest update still telling me to upgrade, if this isn't fixed soon I want some of my money back. Why is this upgrade telling me to upgrade I've paid £25.00 for this, I can't sign in coz I was never given a password or an account, I just paid my money and got premium and it worked, please sort this as I can't use at all other than the normal hot-spot protection. This upgrade doesn't recover subscriptions
The full feature version has multiple options to choose from depending on what you are doing and they have a full 7 day free trial which allows you to try it out in different locations under normal usage, unlike some with 3 days, 24 hours or no trial at all. I didn't experience a slow connection while using it as I did with SurfEasy on the Metra, however, SurfEasy is almost 50% less costly too.
Works great. Use on all my devices, although the subscriptions getting a bit expensive it's reliable and never had any notable issues.
It's better if the app allow user to select the country like desktop cyber ghost app
It takes way too long to connect and keeps disconnecting and reconnecting every 5 mins other than that i might have purchased the service
I use it every time. Especially when I'm away from home.
