it's all good until you subscribe. Then it's drops, on phone and PC, with no recourse but to restart because the apps become non responsive or forever connecting even with restarts and consistent internet. I did everything right. they didn't. I'm moving to Nord. it has monthly too which is the only reason I tried this subscription. It failed me miserably. there is NO WAY I would trust this service if I was to, i dunno, p2p torrent. Clever name. Nice graphic and small interface. Now if worked.

CyberGhost worked well for me at first. On the windows version, I started getting "always on top" ads. They would interrupt anything I was doing and make me interact with the ad before I could do anything else. This is with a 2 year pre-paid subscription. I contacted support and told them I didn't want ads. They said they can't remove them, so I requested a refund on unused time (I was only 4 months into my subscription). They refused a partial refund and cancelled my account. Not happy.

Maybe you guys can help me. I keep getting disconnected. ill enable the VPN. Then browse the internet or watch youtube. It shows its connected. Then when I go to open the app it restarts. If it doesn't do it that way it just disconnects then the notification icon at the top of the screen goes away. I use the OnePlus 5, latest android. Thanks for any help.
