For many decades, we at Gangolf Pharmacy have specialized in herbal medicine and help you stay healthy with the active ingredients from nature.

With our smartphone app, we are now available to you anytime, even outside of our opening hours and emergency service hours. The app perfectly complements the services you are already familiar with from our local pharmacy.

The advantages of the app at a glance:

- Redeem your e-prescription easily from anywhere: Use your health insurance card (eGK) (so-called CardLink procedure) and send us the prescription directly via your mobile phone (prerequisite: both the health insurance card and your smartphone must support the NFC wireless standard).

- Of course, you can also send us the e-prescription via QR code if you receive a printed copy at the doctor's office. Simply scan the code with your phone's camera and submit it. Or take a photo of the entire prescription and send it to us.

- Submitting prescriptions via photo also works for prescriptions that are not issued as e-prescriptions, e.g., prescriptions for certain drug groups, medical aids, or private prescriptions (in this case, we will definitely need the original prescription form from you later).

- Pre-order over-the-counter (OTC) medications, dietary supplements, or medical devices and have them ready for later pickup. This saves you time and unnecessary trips.

- Of course, you can also request our delivery service via the app, which will then conveniently deliver your order to your home. This is especially helpful if, for example, you are unable to come to the pharmacy due to illness (delivery is only available in certain regions/postal code areas and is subject to courier availability).

- For orders from regions that we do not deliver directly via our delivery service, you can, of course, use shipping via postal service/parcel service (please note the corresponding delivery times).

- Smart product search: Find products quickly and easily, even if you don't know the exact name. Or simply take a photo of the product and the app will find it for you.

- Barcode scan: Scan the barcode to instantly identify the product.

- The app is also your communication channel to the pharmacy. Send us a message whenever you need advice.

- Chat function: For any questions, the expert chat is available in the app. This allows you to get quick and discreet answers to your health-related questions, such as dosage and administration, side effects, or interactions.

- News: Stay up-to-date with the latest news and information on opening hours, special offers, vaccination appointments, and much more.

- User-friendly interface: Keep track of your orders, prescriptions, and chat histories, and manage them with ease.

- More features are already in development and will be added regularly.
