The set up procedure was long and convoluted despite the dealer allegedly doing it before I left. it wasn't. After using Kia and Ford Apps, this the least capable and most difficult to set of any of these three. Being this is supposed to be a premium car, it's far from a premium experience. Audi could've looked at any other brand to learn how to do this better. Somehow, they thought what they did was better.

App is so-so, but what other alternative do I have? None, so I have to live with it. The app *should* update car status "live" but it doesn't. Manually forcing a refresh is slow to update. If I select the charging tile on the home page, my range shows as kilometers even though I have Imperial units selected on my profile. App doesn't send notifications even though they are enabled. Software/apps from a well known EV competetor brand is so much better.

Works ok, and has been getting better. My issue is that the Digital Key seems to not support phones on the supported list. Even worse, my new phone showed it was supported, yay! Then I went to set it up and was asked to update the app, now it says my new phone isn't supported. Boo!! Software is not VWAG's strength.
