To hire a bike, simply select it, scan the QR code or enter the bike number - then off you go! You can return the bike at one of our stations or anywhere in the Flexzone. Our app provides you with everything you need at a glance. You can easily find the right return location with the map function or manage your customer account. You can also use the app to redeem vouchers, discover news, give feedback, or contact our customer service.

With your account, you can use nextbikes in over 300 locations throughout Europe including KVB-Rad in Cologne, WienMobil Rad in Vienna, Stadtrad Innsbruck, Styr & Ställ in Götheburg, nextbike Berlin, and many more. The new update made everything worse. Yes the app looks nicer but now they started to charge extra to leave the bikes almost everywhere except for the city center or some main roads. These forbidden areas are only visible when you select a bike but they are not visible once you already have a rental running, so it is not possible to see where to leave the bike without penalty. Also a lot of yellow areas have a red area overlaid on top, making the usage very confusing.

terrible service, Bikes that are constantly half broken, you're lucky if they unlock, or if they lock. Finding support in the app takes too much time, you should immediately have the possibility to report the problem and have the bike blocked. Yet it isn't so easy and you're left wasting too much time looking for it. been using this service since the beginning and can't believe how bad it is now. I don't recommend it

if you want to watch your money dissappear for no reason, then please do use this app. Nextbike is a predatory seller since day 1. They charged 1 Euro for adding Paypal as a payment method, when I used the bike I was not able to park it because the bike lock was made not to work until a few seconds later when another payment round starts. And i was charged twice fees of 20 euros for "inappropriate" parking, while I parked in either a 1 euro fee zone or designted free parking zones. PREDATORS.
