The smart app/smart assistant for step-by-step commissioning, service and maintenance of gate and loading systems makes it easier for the fitter on site to install and adjust the gates, drives and controls via Bluetooth with the following functions:

- Menu-guided commissioning of gate systems
- History and error analysis
- Easily add new components by scanning the QR code
- Control of the drives including practical presets, such as ventilation position
- Simple adjustments to the setting parameters
- Transferring the gate systems to the NovoServiceHub
- “Copy and Paste” function to transfer settings from gate to gate
- External read access to gate systems via app through connection to the NovoServiceHub
