Unfortunately, the support is very poor. I bought my ticket more than 12 days ago, but it has not been registered in the application due to a typo in my email address. I have contacted support and sent several emails, but my issue has still not been resolved.

For me, the camera is not working when i try to unlock the bike. I checked that it has the proper permissions. But overall a good app. It would also be grea if i could have the possibility to creata some shortcuts. For example click fewer buttons when i want to unlock a bike. You can buy all the needed tickets for public transport from this app(they are cheaper online). And it also has integration with Google pay

The app is great but a fatal problem when trying to access my Deutschland ticket is that my personal photo linked with the ticket is glitchy it appears one every 10 times right and 90% of the time the picture doesn't load at all and I get white square instead ⬜, no matter which Internet Connection or speed , tried reinstalling the app already multiple times and tried to log out and login but doesn't fix it.
