After login, the app crashes. Would love to use my account but sadly I can't. Edit: Looks like it was crashing due to having a not completed account, or it still being in process of being approved. Works like a charm now. And thanks for your kind reply and suggested problem solvings.
After a lot of try I did my confirmation. Network drop and could not do it on wifi only on 4g. The setup is just annoying but after that is great compare to other crappy French banks which I hate. Good job guys
Very functional, intuitive UI. No issues thus far when shopping online. All purchases are accounted for and are displayed on the app within moments of making a transaction. Great control of your credit card purchases and the ability to monitor your budget. My only pet peeve is the size of the apk. ~100mb seems a somewhat excessive considering it's minimalistic design. It begs the question; how much of this space is allocated to the looping background video at the login screen? At first glance, the scenic display was a nice touch. But it seems unnecessary for seasoned members with limited internal storage.
As a N26 black customer I'm very happy. I get no conversion fees when paying with their card in any currency, or when withdrawing money anywhere in any currency. Plus I get travel insurance, and purchase insurance too. The app is simple looking and effective and lets me change my PIN, lock my card, reorder a card, send transfers, and see my account balance on any past date. The instant notifications are really useful. It's a great change from the high street banks.
After several month N26 processing became stable finally! 4 start because when I pay in foreign currency (e.g. USD) I see USD to EUR rate which first of all does not make any sense (I don't care how many Euro I can buy on 1 USD, because when I travel I do exactly the OPPOSITE - I buy dollars) and second - back in March I saw EUR to USD rates in the app, it was changed because of some reasons. Once again: I see "1 USD - 0.86 EUR" and I want to see "1 EUR - 1.17 USD"
Okay i downloaded it and i think i put shipping address wrong i am not sure. And there is no way to check it. And on verification step i cannot go back or forward as it keep saying that they cant verify the passport of my country. There should be a way to edit details and if its couldnt provide service in my country which is Pakistan it should have showed that error before making me register on the app and going through all the process.
Just push it. 3.8, that is. We've made some quick fixes under the hood and push notifications are now more reliable than ever.
