Ratings and reviews

The app is awful and customer support is worse. I have had an issue sending transfers about 25% of the time I've had this bank, always because of a technical error on their end, and they are incapable of identifying or resolving the problem. I strongly recommend nobody use this bank. I am looking to switch myself.

N26 pushes you to upgrade by removing more and more basic features. Now if you want to see the balance overview chart, you have to upgrade!? You need a monthly subscription just to get a visual sense of how much income and expenses are on a digital bank account? That has gone too far. N26 used to be good and handy. Now it is 2023 and you can do much more with other competitors.

Edit: issue quickly dealt with. Happy with the service as always. Cannot log in due to cookie settings. Everytime i enter my password, it asks me to update the permissions. After accepting all cookies, it sends me back to the log in screen and repeats the process. Please help fix the issue so I can change this to a higher rating. I am usually very pleased with the service I receive through this company.
