In conjunction with SPARTACUS Facility Management, this app allows you to create mobile protocols for appointments such as apartment handovers, tenants moving out, inspections and the like.

The basic requirement for use is an active license from SPARTACUS in your home or as a hosting solution.

You can plan handover dates for all managed rental properties (apartments, commercial units, parking spaces, etc.), carry them out on site and store the protocols in the system. All prepared data is available offline. The defined checklists can be filled out on site. You can use the photo function to document the condition or record defects. At the end, signatures of all those involved are recorded and a PDF protocol is created for documentation.

Once transferred to SPARTACUS, recorded defects are available for further processing and tracking.
