Decryption of sDoc files:
With the sDoc Editor you can decrypt files that have been encrypted for you as sDoc files.

Encryption of your own personal files for others:
In addition, you can encrypt your own files for everyone else using their email address as sDoc files and then send them directly by email as a file attachment or share them via the cloud or a messenger service. It doesn't matter at all whether the recipient is already using sDoc or not. You can immediately send your files encrypted for everyone else. In this way you protect your own files from unauthorized access, especially where sensitive personal data is involved.

Define timing for sDoc files:
When encrypting your own files, you can assign an expiration date to the file to be encrypted so that the file can no longer be opened after the time has elapsed.

Archive for sDoc files:
Your sDoc files are also saved in an archive so that you always have quick access to the files that have been encrypted for you.

They can easily open the encrypted files with the sDoc Editor app and send their own files back to you encrypted as sDoc files. The special display of your company data in the sDoc Editor app when you open your encrypted sDoc files, you achieve additional customer loyalty. In this way, compliance with the regulations for the encryption of personal data according to Art. 32 GDPR is also very easy in the commercial sector.
