Background Notifications:
You don't have to open the app and check for new statuses. For natively supported providers, "Deliveries" offers the option to send you a notification when there is a updated shipping status.

Online Shopping-Integration:
Pro users can easily import all their Amazon and eBay orders in the synchronization settings. On top of that, tracking continues after the order is passed to DHL, UPS, USPS etc. (only for traceable, direct purchases).

Haven't had problems with Amazon recently, haven't had problems with FedEx ever. What I do have problems with is a constantly recurring error that says my Google account is no longer connected, and when I go to reconnect it, the dialogue acts like it's going to open, but closes before it displays anything. I'm not sure I ever even connected Google. Very annoying.

Developer takes several months to fix simple issues with major carriers, like UPS, Amazon, and FedEx. I've been using it for many years, there's always some issue. Please do not bother buying the pro version, this app IS NOT actively supported or developed, nor has it been for years. Try ANY other package tracking app, it will likely work much better.

My absolute favorite tracking app out of all of the ones I've tried. Super easy to use and very intuitive. I've had to dock stars because of the issues with Amazon though. First it wasn't updating when packages were delivered, but at least they were syncing. Now they aren't syncing at all and when I removed the account and tried to re-add it, it now says login credentials are wrong. No support from developer.
