With my perma-trade you have the possibility to set up and register your permasolvent primus 2.0 limescale protection system. Check the status of your system conveniently via app. It clearly displays the most important functions as well as, among other things, the amount of water used since installation, the residual capacity of the active unit, the current volume flow and the treatment intensity.

In expert mode, the service technician can configure and control the system. The unit data is only displayed in close proximity and in WLAN connection with the permasolvent primus 2.0

By voluntarily registering your permasolvent primus 2.0 within 4 weeks after installation, we extend the legal warranty by a 24-month take-back guarantee!
If for reasons not based on a technical defect the limestone reducing effect does not occur, perma-trade Wassertechnik GmbH will take back the device within 24 months, calculated from the date of installation. The purchase contract between perma-trade and the specialist company carrying out the work serves as the basis for this. The assertion of warranty claims is made to your installation company, which will contact permatrade. The perma-trade representative must be consulted in good time for technical advice.
