Ratings and reviews

Just lowered my rating as haven't been able to pre-condition the car for the last couple of days, due to system error. Who do I contact to rectify this? Overall a pretty good app, but very expensive at £17 pm, once your car is over 3 years old. It often shows the icon that says a window is open, but it's not. I think this is a common glitch for a long time now and very frustrating as I'm always going out to check the car!

The main issue is if I stop my car charging from the button in the app you have to physically go out to the car unplug it and then plug it back in again if you want to resume charging. There needs to be another button in the app to restart the charging process (my car is a hybrid unsure if this is the case with a full ev). Also I am an intelligent octopus and the car is not compatible with it, hence the need to pause the charging, unsure if this is app related but a fix would be nice.

Not the best app for a premium car brand. connection is slow to the car (if it connects) constantly losing conne tion to the car as it keeps saying remote activation. disabled when it's on. I jave to constantly remove and add at least 1-2 times a week. Had the volvo app and it's 10x times better. Only one timer can be added to pre heat?? what a joke.
