The My Porsche app is the ideal companion for your Porsche experience. Call up the current vehicle status at any time and control Connect services remotely. The app is constantly being developed and additional features will be added in the next versions.

*In order to use all the features of the My Porsche app, you need a Porsche ID account. Simply register at login.porsche.com and add your Porsche if you own a vehicle. Please note that the range of features of the app may differ depending on the model, model year and country availability.

Ratings and reviews

This app does not work. I have reinstalled it several times to try to get it to connect with the car but it will not connect. Having been forced on to My Porsche I managed to get it to work once (prior to 39 days ago) but since I renewed the contract it has stopped showing up to date information. Example: tyre pressures not updated for 39 days , kilometrage not updated etc. Everything used to work fine under the original Porsche Connect app.

The main issue is if I stop my car charging from the button in the app you have to physically go out to the car unplug it and then plug it back in again if you want to resume charging. There needs to be another button in the app to restart the charging process (my car is a hybrid unsure if this is the case with a full ev).

too difficult to find anything. says not possible to activate direct chargr because charging planner active. where do o find that? where do I activate plug and charge? keeps saying window open but it's not stopped charging last night saying vehicle full at 30% and it was actually set to 80%. can't restart the charging process without unplugging it first.
