Worst App ever: Chromecast not working, the UI feels like a random generated poster wall. Within the first 5 minutes I had to accept the privacy settings 8 times. Keeps logging you out for no reason. Ads in betwen videos have the length of a movie. App sometimes crashes so you can't select anything anymore. Content description is almost non existent. I had apprentices that were able to design a cleaner app. If you want to enjoy content use another service (You tube, or your providers playback)

I installed the app on my new Samsung TV in Germany. It was great at first because the shows I watched automatically had subtitles. Then one hour later on the same episode the subtitles disappeared. I have tried everything and still can't get the subtitles to work again on the app. Disappointing...

Terrible app, the stream constantly gets stuck, crazy many ads, the tv app keeps running into some error even after clear data and reinstall and its basically unusable. They track everthing and the amount of stuff you have to deactivate is insane. Super dark design patterns. All the ProSieben applications suck balls and are super shady, bc this company is not investing into engineering and produces everthing with agencies and has no clue about processes or anything. Don't use their products
