3. Online Check-in with Your Doctor

- To receive an e-prescription, the doctor's office needs your ten-digit health insurance number. You can conveniently and securely submit this number via online check-in.

4. Organspende-register.de

- Central electronic registry where you can document your decision for or against organ and tissue donation online. The Federal Centre for Health Education (BZgA) is responsible for all content. Provinzial Krankenversicherung AG is not liable for the content of this website.

The development and approval of the app are subject to strict regulations, such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the requirements of gematik (the German agency for digital health). To ensure that only you have access to your data, unambiguous personal identification via electronic identity card is required.

- The "VGH eHealth" app is available to all fully insured and supplementary health insurance policyholders of Provinzial Krankenversicherung AG.

- Android 13 or later

- Not compatible with modified operating systems

- Smartphone with NFC interface

- National ID card with online identification function and PIN

- Your personal health insurance number (KVNR)
