With the Rabot Energy app, electricity is always purchased when it is cheap and the proportion of renewable energy in the network is high. Personal preferences can be adjusted at any time via the app and ongoing reports on electricity usage and costs can be viewed. But the app can also be used without an electric car and benefit from the time-variable tariff and the favorable purchasing conditions.

Ratings and reviews

The customer support is slow and is not answering the questions, but only copy-paste answers, the customers knows already. in my case the monthly payment got an unjustified 50% increase. even contracting is not simple and straightforward. My contract has been cancelled automatically by their system and they were not able to correct it. I needed to send another request. It's complex. I terminated now the contract for that reason.

I very much appreciate the clarity of information and the ability to observe market price variations and keep up to date with how much energy I am using . The unit price is of course also fair to good ! I highly recommend this company!

Having invoices be accessible in the app would be a nice addition. At least I can see my own name and address, which is very cool.
