Charging modes:

PV-prio: This mode prioritizes the use of solar energy from your photovoltaic system. Your EV is charged primarily with the excess solar power that is not needed for your own consumption. This maximizes the use of renewable energy and reduces your electricity costs. Ideal for environmentally conscious users who want to minimize their carbon footprint. During times when you do not generate your own electricity, for example at night, you collect FlexCredits and thus reduce your electricity costs.

Flex: In Flex mode, the charging process is flexibly adapted to the current electricity prices and network conditions. ChargeFlex analyzes the electricity exchange and selects the cheapest charging times to minimize costs. At the same time, network stability is supported by avoiding load peaks. This mode offers an optimal balance between cost savings and network friendliness and you collect the maximum number of FlexCredits.

Instant: Instant mode allows you to immediately charge your EV at maximum power. This mode is ideal when you need to charge your vehicle quickly, regardless of current electricity prices or solar energy availability. Perfect for situations in which you need to be mobile again quickly. FlexCredits cannot be generated in immediate mode as no optimization takes place.
