Welcome to the KOSIS statistics app.
Has my city grown or shrunk in recent years? How high is the proportion of single people in my district? How many people with a migrant background live here?
In order to make small-scale statistical data accessible to anyone interested anywhere and at any time, the municipal statistics association “KOSIS” launched the KOSIS statistics app. In this way, small-scale data from over 20 cities can be accessed – anywhere and at any time.
After starting the app, the district in which the user is located is highlighted in color. Topic, year (or the time series) or another district can be freely selected and the selected data is displayed directly graphically or in a table.
In addition, data from different cities or years can also be compared graphically or in tables.
The app currently contains the following topics:
• Unemployed and employed people by gender
• Residents by age group, marital status, migration background
• Births, deaths and migration
• Households by household size
• Apartments by number of rooms
• Shares of second votes in the federal election

In dieser Version haben wir neue Funktionen hinzugefügt und Fehler behoben.
Highlight: Mit der Thematische Karte haben wir in dieser Version eine neue Darstellung für statistische Daten hinzugefügt. Mit der Thematischen Karte gibt es nun einen Heatmap der ausgewählten Stadt, in der man die Verteilung eines Attributs, beispielsweise das Attribut 'ledig' unter dem Thema 'Familienstand', innerhalb der Stadt schnell überblicken kann.
