About this app

All-in-one app for public transit

🚍 trip planner (door to door),
⏱️ live departure times (including delays),
📌 nearby stations (also on a map) and
🗺️ interactive network plans.

Offi makes use of official time table and connection data of the selected public transit authority! This ensures that disruptions become visible as soon as the transit authority has included them with the data.

The app has no advertisements and doesn't track you! Offi will use your private data only for providing the requested information and not for other means. The app is open source, free software and is thus a community project.

Description of requested permissions

🔸 Full network access, because Offi needs to query information services for departures and disruptions.
🔸 Location, so Offi can show nearby stations and navigate you from your current location.

Ratings and reviews

Addresses are not detected anymore ("unknown starting/end point"), does not show correct connections when selecting a station to be on the route, e.g. route is just to the station and then back from it instead of an actual route. Have the feeling it was better before. Besides that is does show you Connections sufficiently

The app keeps showing an error message about network problems, and doesn't fetch data. I've tried over wifi and mobile data, still same error. Re-installed the app, still same problems

Fast, but missing something for me. Its fast in showing results, you can scroll the results in a really nice way, and also the feature that shows you were you should be along the route is great. I wanted to use it for Vienna, but sadly some transports inside Vienna that also travel outside of it are not included. That breaks the usefulness for me. Also no own map, and the connection to Google maps doesn't just pop up the route selected.

Each update contains changes necessary for the various APIs by the transport authorities.
