Purchased app is decent, support is absent I've been a longterm user of this app (even before the Android versions existed) and decided to go with the IM+ Pro version. With the exception of Yahoo, MigMe and Beep protocols it mostly works as advertised. However, over the past few years (yes, years), *none* of my support requests regarding issues I cannot resolve myself have *ever* received anything more than an automatic reply stating my request was received. Fix protocols, address the support issues and I'll consider a proper review.
Love this app Love it, except the latest update took all functionality away. No friends list, no convos, no anything.. just blank page. I need this app to stay in touch. Please fix the serious issues. UNINSTALL/REINSTALL-- fixed problems and looks sharper then ever!! This is the best app ever for chatting with friends and family. Keep up the awesome work!
Going backwards in quality - removing features Where's Facebook support? Why you removing things? Plus no Skype? I can't believe I paid for this... Nothing pro about it. Going backwards in direction! Plus most supported apps are things most people don't use anymore... This app is seriously in the "has-been" zone
Lots and lots of bugs after last update! There are a ton of issues that have surfaced since the last update. In compact mode, no contacts or chats appear, and you can only see the dividing lines. The "Connect All/Disconnect All" buttons don't work. Pressing enter on the keyboard doesn't send the message, but returns to the line below (and yes, I have tried both with and without the check box selected in the setting for "Pressing enter sends message"). I've also tried changing keyboards but that made no difference. Please fix the issues asap!
Has bugs Changing my review. This is the best IM client for Android. But it does have some bugs. If you turn on compact mode, you will blank your contacts list. Turning it off brings it back. Hope they fix it soon.
DO NOT PURCHASE! This was a decent app but many chat clients no longer work properly. Yahoo Messenger, one of the oldest and most popular chat apps, doesn't even connect. Ridiculous!
